In 2019, we kept hearing the same gripe from clients: “Beautiful flowers, but they arrive after the meeting.” That’s when we realized we weren’t just arranging blooms—we were shaping moments that can either strengthen or strain professional ties.
The Timing Shift We Fell Into
Our breakthrough came from a panicked client in 2023. Their pivotal investor meeting was moved three hours earlier, and they needed arrangements delivered to match. Instead of saying “no,” we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets that look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.

Our "office-hardy" selections include blooms that dry gracefully rather than wilt dramatically, and arrangements that appear intentional even when not perfectly serviced after a hectic week.

We discovered the real impact happens after delivery. A client noted visitors kept asking about their flowers weeks later, still looking fresh. That’s when we realized we weren’t just delivering gifts—we were sparking ongoing conversations.
Now we include subtle care notes that help the recipient keep arrangements looking professional longer, plus seasonal refresh options for maintaining that polished impression year-round.
